Ok I’ve been putting this off forever. Time to stop procrastinating and join the blogosphere.

Welcome to the first entry for The Reach! Bailey’s Reach is my SL home, refuge, sandbox and hideout. My current house was designed and built by myself. I really love this house. It’s sooo not done yet. The greenhouse needs to be filled with some lush greenness. The pool could use some water too. LOL I’ll get to it!

There is no way I’ll be able to blog everyday. Least I doubt it, so we’ll shoot for once a week at least.

So.. the week in review.

Relay for Life fundraising last weekend. I am quite chuffed to say the Crown and Pearl team raised a whopping $35,600L on Saturday at the kissathon. That brought the team total to over $130,000L. Not bad for a team that didn’t get started until late in the game. We’ll do better next year!

On a sad note, Deedee Fadoodle, patron of the Crown, former vendor at Angel Square and all around wonderful girl let this earth on Monday morning. She lost her struggle but the fight in all of us will live on. If I can live my life with a quarter of that woman’s strength I’ll be doing well! We’ll never forget you hon.

Ok, for some fun stuff. Fishing has descended on Angel Square and the Crown and Pearl. Grab a fishing rod and join us! Just watch your step at the Crown, the floor as been known to levitate lately.

Look for fishing competitions to be announced in the next week or so.

I finally got round to getting photoshop. Now I just have to learn it. :/ Piece of cake right? Right? Why are you laughing at me?
