Angel Square has recently gone thru a redesign and construction is now complete. 

The sim is now an urban theme.  Yes, it has a Midian-ish feel but I was thinking more along the lines of Brooklyn when it was being planned out.

There are a few apartments and brownstones available to rent if you are looking for a low prim place to hang your hat at the end of the day.
