I've found that places like Toxian City and The Crack Den are too openly laid out and the people there are very clicky with each other, whereas Midian I was made to feel comfortable from day one. There are other fascinating RP sims out there away from the 'urban city' scene. As you know I've started with Exogenesis which opened last weekend to the public. Another place I could highly recommend is Aquaria too. That's a merman/mermaid RP, but the story is well written and the sim is breath taking.
